Lunch

Lunch are served Monday – Sunday, from opening to late. We only work with fresh fish and meat from Swedish farms. We work closely with Gotland Slagteri. All our eggs come from free-range hens on Gotland. The dishes may be sold out in the evening.

Tuseday
Herring, lingonberry, browned butter & potato stomp

Wednesday
Top-blade, tomato salad, roasted cabbage, tarragon mayonnaise & fried potatoes

Thursday
Fish patties, peas, shellfish sauce, potato puré & lemon

Friday
Night baked prime rib, tellicherry glaze, parsley potatoes, lemon mayonnaise & roasted
