This week’s tip is served every day in the French Dining Room at the Grand Hotel Saltsjöbaden. We only work with fresh fish and meat from Swedish farms. We work closely with Gotland Slagteri. All our eggs come from free range Gotland hens. This week’s Tips can end during the afternoon / evening. Eating in the Grand Hotel Saltsjöbadens restaurants is great without staying at the hotel.

A grand breakfast

Croissants, pain au chocolat, scrambled eggs, bacon, homemade tellicherry sausages. Our breakfast buffet contains everything possible spicy, hot and cold – and some more. Our morning breakfast cooks do their utmost to start your day in the best possible way.

We are proud that our kitchen and restaurants hold a high standard. Our food and beverage manager, the award-winning chef Fredrik Malmstedt, leads the work in the kitchen. They place great value on giving customers new exciting tasting experiences.

Anyone wishing to dine at the Grand Hotel Saltsjöbaden is welcomed to the French Dining Room between 17: 00-22: 00.
Of course, even those who do not stay in the hotel are welcome to visit our restaurants.

Breakfast is served in the French dining room every day.
Monday – Friday 7am – 10pm. Saturday – Sunday from 07:30 to 10:30.

Lunch with both Week’s Tips and classics on the menu is served in the French Dining Room Monday – Friday 11:30 – 14:00, Saturday – Sunday 12:00 – 14:00.

Dinner is served in the French Dining Room. Sunday – Thursday 17.00 – 21.00, Friday – Saturday 17.00 – 22.00.
