Since 1893, the Grand Hotel Saltsjöbaden has been a significant place. Here, stars have eaten, feasted, and spent their nights, here major politicians have conferred and here countless parties have been arranged. Here there have been both royalty and Hollywood celebrities: Frank Sinatra, Ava Gardner, and Paul McCartney, to name a few. Over the years, even peace talks have been held here – in the midst of a fiery war.
We are happy, then, as now, to be able to share our beautiful and inspiring environments even with larger parties. We have something for everyone! Our chef creates menus for your party or wedding and of course, we use ingredients according to the season. Our sommelier suggests suitable drink suggestions. It is just as important for us, as for you, that the meal is perfect.
