Lunch is served at Franska Matsalen (“The French Dining Room”) at Grand Hotel Saltsjöbaden every day. We only work with fresh fish and meat from Swedish farms. We work closely with Gotland Slagteri. All our eggs come from free-range hens on Gotland. The dishes may be sold out in the evening. You don’t have to be staying at the hotel to eat in Grand Hotel Saltsjöbaden’s restaurants.
