Gustav Otterberg’s food philosophy is based on the proximity to nature and the craft around how to protect the raw material. Therefore, the raw material is in focus in the hotel’s new menu, where old recipes have been intertwined with modern cooking methods.
– For me, it has been important that the food can easily be associated with what Grand Hotel Saltsjöbaden is and for me it has always been elegance, luxury, vintage and unpretentiousness. Therefore, it was natural to design the menu according to just these words and thus create a culinary dining experience here at Grand Hotel Saltsjöbaden, says Gustav Otterberg.
